Emmerdale Horror As Ruby Is Buried Alive By Joe Tate

Ruby Miligan faces a terrifying fight for survival in upcoming Emmerdale scenes when Joe Tate’s grief over Dawn leads him to take horrifying revenge.

Joe has become increasingly consumed by anger following Dawn’s death, but the full extent of what he has done is finally exposed when he visits a grave and swears vengeance. The chilling truth then emerges: Ruby is trapped underground after Joe buried her alive inside a coffin.

Ruby eventually wakes and realises the nightmare she is facing.

Unable to escape her confinement, she desperately tries to find a way out as the air inside the coffin begins to run out.

Her situation becomes increasingly desperate as she gradually loses strength.

Ruby eventually slips into silence and appears to have run out of air, leaving her life hanging in the balance while nobody knows whether she can be reached in time.

Caleb, meanwhile, is already spiralling when Joe laughs at him, revealing exactly what he has done to Ruby, leaving Caleb horrified by the realisation that his wife is buried alive somewhere.

Caleb desperately begs Joe to release her, but Joe refuses to change his mind.

Still blaming Caleb for Dawn’s death, he appears determined to make him suffer regardless of the danger Ruby is facing.

With Ruby’s life at risk, Caleb’s desperation quickly turns towards revenge.

He later begins searching for a weapon again, but this time Moira catches him and forces him to explain what has happened.

Caleb admits what Joe has done and reveals that he intends to take vengeance.

Moira manages to convince him that retaliating will only destroy his own life, but Ruby remains trapped and time could be running out.

Joe’s grief has now taken him into terrifying territory, while Caleb is left facing the possibility that he could lose Ruby before anyone can save her.

Will Joe reveal where Ruby is?

Will Caleb get to Ruby in time?

Emmerdale airs on ITV1 and is available to stream on ITVX.
