Dawn Fletcher faces one of the biggest decisions of her life as she prepares to choose between marrying Joe and escaping with Billy. She has agreed to leave the village, but the reality of abandoning everything at Home Farm soon begins to hit her.
Dawn believes Joe was responsible for the attack that left Billy seriously injured. That belief has driven a huge wedge between them and helped convince her that rebuilding a future with Billy is the right thing to do.
However, Billy knows Kev accidentally attacked him while trying to stop the depot robbery. Dawn remains unaware, leaving her ready to make a life-changing choice without one of the most important pieces of information.
Her doubts deepen as she considers leaving Kim behind and taking the children away from the life they know. Dawn is also carrying Joe’s baby, making the potential consequences of running away even more complicated.
