EastEnders spoilers 24–27 August: 10 explosive twists

1. Denise is placed into a coma

Denise’s condition takes a frightening turn when she is placed into a coma. Her family are left facing an anxious situation as attention turns to what could help her.

2. Kim uncovers a long-lost relative

Kim makes a huge discovery when she learns Denise has a long-lost relative. The revelation suddenly brings another branch of Denise’s family into the crisis.

3. Darnell arrives but struggles to cope

Denise’s half-brother Darnell comes to visit her after being discovered by the family. The emotional situation quickly becomes too much for him, leaving Darnell overwhelmed.

4. Kim and Jack pin their hopes on Grace

7. Suki and Eve face losing Ria

8. Max is rattled by his stag do plans

Cindy asks Oscar to organise Max’s stag do, but Max is clearly uneasy about the arrangement. What should be a celebration instead leaves him uncomfortable about what is being planned.

9. Priya and Ravi declare their love

There is happier news for Priya and Ravi when the couple confirm their love for one another. They begin looking towards a future together as their relationship reaches a significant new point.

10. Ria is hurt as Alfie’s party descends into drama

Alfie attempts to give Kat a taste of sunshine with a Benidorm-themed party, but a strict community officer shuts the celebration down. The situation becomes far more serious when Ria is hurt, leaving Suki furious enough to threaten Kat with legal action.
