EastEnders Rose Pushes Nicola Too Far in Explosive Clash
EastEnders newcomer Rose continues to make her mark on Walford as Linda and Elaine become determined to get her out of Peacock Palace.
Rose will continue making her presence felt in upcoming EastEnders scenes, and it will not take long before Linda and Elaine decide they have had enough of her behaviour at Peacock Palace.
The arrival of Nicola’s family has already brought plenty of unresolved history into Walford. While Nicola struggles with seeing Gemma and Ned again, Rose has quickly proved that she is capable of creating problems of her own.
Coming up, Rose continues to test the patience of those around her. Linda and Elaine privately find themselves wanting her gone, but getting rid of her may not prove as straightforward as they would like.
Rose’s presence also adds further pressure to Nicola, who was furious when her relatives first appeared in Albert Square. Instead of being able to keep her family life separate from everything else, Nicola is now watching them become increasingly involved with people and places she knows in Walford.
The tensions surrounding Rose will eventually lead to another difficult situation involving Nicola. With tempers already frayed, Nicola and Rose end up locked inside the cellar together, forcing them into close quarters when they would probably rather be anywhere else.
The situation gives Nicola little opportunity to avoid confronting the woman who has become another reminder of the family life she left behind. Rose, meanwhile, does not appear likely to make things easy for her.
There are other problems developing within the family at the same time. Gemma is attempting to reconnect with Nicola, Ned is dealing with Ryder’s behaviour, and questions remain over the secret history Nicola and Ned share.
Rose therefore arrives in the middle of a family that already has plenty of unresolved issues. Her behaviour at Peacock Palace may initially appear to be the immediate problem, but it is part of a much bigger story surrounding Nicola and the relatives who have suddenly returned to her life.
For Linda and Elaine, however, the priority is much simpler. They want some peace restored at Peacock Palace, and Rose is quickly becoming the person standing in the way of it.
