EastEnders Ravi Takes Zack’s Advice Before Huge Priya Move

Ravi Gulati turns to Zack Hudson for some unexpected relationship advice in upcoming EastEnders scenes, and their conversation ultimately pushes him towards making his biggest move yet with Priya Nandra-Hart.

Since returning to Walford, Ravi has made no secret of wanting Priya back. He is determined to show her that he is serious about rebuilding their relationship and their family, but Priya has remained cautious about allowing him back into her life.

With his efforts failing to get the response he wants, Ravi opens up to Zack about the situation. Zack encourages him to make a grand gesture if he really wants Priya to understand how strongly he feels, giving Ravi plenty to think about.

Ravi decides to follow the advice and takes things much further than Priya could expect. He begins arranging a romantic surprise at The Boxing Den, with his plans leading towards a marriage proposal as he prepares to ask Priya to become his wife.

For Ravi, it is a chance to prove that he is not simply looking for another short lived reunion. He wants Priya to know that he sees a genuine future with her, and the proposal represents the commitment he believes could finally convince her to give their relationship another chance.

What Ravi does not know is that Priya is carrying a major secret of her own. She has been sleeping with Max Branning, who is himself preparing to marry Cindy Beale, and the affair has continued despite the growing risk of both couples discovering the truth.

Priya is already beginning to feel the pressure after Cindy asks her to help with her hen celebrations. Knowing what has been happening with Max leaves Priya increasingly uncomfortable, and she eventually heads to his flat intending to bring their affair to an end.

That means Ravi’s carefully planned surprise arrives at an extraordinary moment. While he believes he is finally giving Priya the proof of commitment she has been waiting for, she is attempting to close the door on a secret relationship he knows nothing about.

Zack’s advice may therefore give Ravi the confidence to make his feelings unmistakably clear, but Priya’s response could depend on far more than the romantic gesture in front of her. With Max still part of the picture and Cindy’s wedding approaching, Ravi could be about to discover that winning Priya back is much more complicated than he realises.
