EastEnders Nicola and Ned at War Over Family and Harry’s Barn
EastEnders sees Nicola’s battle with Ned deepen over Harry’s Barn as Ryder grows closer to her and family tensions intensify.
Nicola’s feud with Ned intensifies in EastEnders as their battle over Harry’s Barn continues, before Ryder becomes increasingly drawn into the growing family tensions.

The conflict has been building from Nicola’s desperate attempt to save Harry’s Barn. She discovered the business needed £25,000 to survive, prompting the Hawkins family to launch a fundraiser and scramble for ways to keep the venue open.
Ryder helped by bringing in extra customers, but even that was not enough to solve the financial crisis.
Ned then stepped in. After discovering that a former business partner was back in the UK, he took Harry with him and pressured the man before returning with the money Nicola needed.
Nicola was immediately uncomfortable with accepting Ned’s help and even told Harry to keep his offer secret.

By the following week, Ned has secured himself a share of Harry’s Barn and makes clear he intends to be heavily involved in running it.
Nicola quickly realises he is not going to remain a silent partner, with Ned taking an increasingly hands-on role behind the bar and deliberately goading her as their power struggle continues.

At the same time, Nicola is dealing with difficult family emotions elsewhere. George returns, while Jodie unpacking their father’s medal triggers an angry reaction from Nicola and leaves Gemma trying to understand why she is so upset.

Ryder then becomes increasingly important.
Nicola supports him when he needs her, and the pair begin forming a closer bond as the week continues. Official episode details confirm their relationship develops while Nicola’s battle with Ned carries on.

That creates another complication for Ned. His fight with Nicola is no longer simply about money or Harry’s Barn. His own son is now growing closer to the woman he has been battling for control.
