EastEnders Kat Slater Demands Answers After Zoe Postmortem

Kat remains determined to understand exactly what happened to Zoe in upcoming EastEnders scenes as the aftermath of her daughter’s sudden death continues.

Following the postmortem, Kat becomes increasingly focused on finding answers. She has already been left devastated after discovering Zoe’s lifeless body, and the days since have seen her struggling to accept support from those around her.

Now, rather than simply trying to process her grief, Kat turns her attention towards the unanswered questions surrounding Zoe’s death.

The search for answers comes as the rest of Walford continues moving forward around her. Vinny and Penny’s baby son is at the centre of a major family occasion when the Panesars and Brannings gather together for his Naam Karan.

The ceremony brings both families together following the baby’s arrival, but elsewhere emotions remain much more difficult. Oscar is also facing his own turmoil after sharing a kiss with Josh before ultimately deciding to end their friendship.

For Kat, however, everything remains centred on Zoe. The postmortem has done little to bring her peace, and she is unwilling to leave the questions surrounding her daughter’s final hours unanswered.

With grief still raw and Kat determined to learn more, Zoe’s death continues to dominate life for the Slaters as they attempt to understand how such a devastating loss happened.
