EastEnders Cindy Beale discovers Max is Priya's baby's father in huge twist
EastEnders sees Cindy discover Max is the father of Priya's baby before using the DNA result to deliver a devastating ultimatum.
Cindy is set to gain explosive ammunition against Priya in upcoming EastEnders scenes when she discovers the truth about the paternity of her unborn baby. Priya believes she has managed to keep her secret buried, but Cindy is about to find the evidence that could bring everything crashing down.
Still furious over Max's affair, Cindy is determined to regain control and begins watching Priya closely. Her suspicions increase after she overhears Priya and Ravi discussing their baby, with Ravi apparently unaware that the dates surrounding the pregnancy do not add up.
Cindy soon makes the discovery she has been looking for when she finds the DNA test. The result confirms that Max is actually the father of Priya's baby, handing Cindy information that could devastate Ravi if it reaches him.
Rather than exposing everything immediately, Cindy confronts Priya herself. She makes her position brutally clear, warning that Priya must leave Walford or the truth about the baby's paternity will be revealed.
Priya is not prepared to surrender easily and later insists she is going nowhere. However, comments from Linda and Oscar leave her questioning whether remaining in Albert Square is really the right decision.
With Cindy now holding one of Priya's biggest secrets and Ravi still seemingly unaware of the truth, the question is how long Cindy will be prepared to keep quiet?
