After weeks of carrying the burden of what happened, Chelsea reaches a difficult decision. She confides in Kim and admits that she shouted at Jordan before the accident, leaving her feeling responsible for the part she played in the events leading up to the incident.
Knowing Ian is facing a court hearing that could have life-changing consequences, Chelsea decides she can no longer remain silent. She promises Ian that she will attend court and give evidence, hoping her account will help the judge understand everything that happened.
