Coronation Street spoilers 30 Aug–4 Sep 2026: Todd Shocked By A Secret

Todd is pulled into the centre of a devastating family storyline as Celeste’s death leaves behind both grief and a shocking secret.

Celeste’s health deteriorates during an awkward encounter with Gemma, who later tells Bernie that her aunt has died. As the family revelation sends everyone spiralling, Ryan is given the difficult job of breaking the news to Todd.

Todd then discovers a letter revealing Celeste wanted a shindig held in her memory instead of a funeral. Her wishes are honoured, but the event ends with the family at war.

There is another goodbye as Nina prepares to start her new job in Whitby. Asha, Amy and Summer join her for farewell drinks before Nina shares an emotional moment with Abi in Seb’s memorial garden.

Elsewhere, Betsy is frustrated when Lauren spends their visit texting Ollie, before achieving the huge milestone of standing again following her stroke.

Debbie’s dementia symptoms continue when she wears slippers to the hotel and nearly cuts Bethany’s hair during a makeover before Maria intervenes.

Ronnie considers stealing Idris’ car for Fiona, leading to Idris punching him. Jodie dates Kit despite Bethany and Shona’s concerns, while Shona worries about Harper’s rash.

Kirk also tells Maggie and Brian they have become the talk of the factory.
