Coronation Street Eva’s attacker confesses as Carl is questioned
Eva is in hospital as Carl denies involvement in her attack. Someone eventually confesses, while Ben waits for answers at her bedside.
Eva is in hospital after being attacked and left for dead. Ben stays at her bedside as the police try to establish who was responsible.
Carl is taken in for questioning, but he insists he is innocent. Ronnie and Kevin suspect he might have robbed the pub and accidentally pushed Eva down the stairs, although their theory has not been confirmed.
Ben later tells Kevin that the police still have no idea who attacked Eva. Somebody overhears their conversation, and a person eventually confesses to being responsible.
Who comes forward remains the question. The identity of the person listening to Ben and Kevin has not been revealed either, so there is no confirmation that the listener and the person who confesses are the same.
