The Circle Returns With New Host and Celebrity Contestants

The Circle is returning for an eighth season on Hulu on 17 November 2026, introducing a new host, celebrity contestants and audience voting. Tinx, whose real name is Christina Najjar, replaces Michelle Buteau as the reality competition enters a new chapter.

What's changing in The Circle?

The show challenges contestants to communicate through a social media-style platform, where they can present themselves honestly or adopt entirely different online identities. Players form alliances, rate one another and try to avoid elimination, with the winner taking home a cash prize.

The new season introduces celebrities alongside ordinary contestants, while audience voting gives viewers a more direct role in the competition. The complete celebrity lineup has not yet been announced.

When can viewers watch?

The season premieres in the United States on Hulu on 17 November, with three episodes released each week from Tuesday to Thursday. The finale is scheduled for 18 December.

The move from Netflix to Hulu marks a significant change for the franchise after seven seasons. However, UK streaming availability has not been confirmed, so British viewers should not assume the new season will be available on Netflix.
