Stacey Solomon Joins The Masked Singer UK as Huge Panel Shake-Up Confirmed

Stacey Solomon is joining The Masked Singer UK for its upcoming series, taking a seat on the panel as part of a major new twist to the ITV entertainment show.

Stacey will join the brand-new “Wild Cards” team of detectives, headed up by Alan Carr. They will go head-to-head with returning panellists Davina McCall, Mo Gilligan, Maya Jama and Jonathan Ross, who will now be known as the “Legends”.

The two teams will battle to prove who has the strongest detective skills as another collection of mystery celebrities performs behind the show’s elaborate costumes.

Stacey said she was particularly excited to join after watching the programme with her family.

“I’m so excited to be joining Alan Carr’s team on The Masked Singer! Me and my family have been huge fans of the show,” she said.

“We have the best time trying to guess who’s behind the mask, so actually joining Alan’s group of detectives and playing against the ‘Legends’ is a dream come true. I can’t wait to start sleuthing and hopefully unmask a few more superstars…!”

Joel Dommett will return as host as the musical guessing game welcomes another new line-up of disguised stars.

The Masked Singer remains one of ITV’s biggest entertainment programmes, with the broadcaster revealing that the show has reached more than 12 million viewers this year, including 1.4 million viewers aged 16 to 34.
