Home and Away spoilers 12 to 16 October 2026 expose secrets and confessions

Secrets and private fears begin spilling out in Home and Away as Cash hides his late-night research from Eden, Abigail keeps Richie from some of the people closest to her and Amelia conceals how much she wants her new life in Summer Bay to continue.

Cash secretly searches aplastic anaemia support groups after John suggests finding people who understand Eden's illness. Eden catches him researching but does not initially know the full story, later becoming angry when Cash reveals the hopeful account he has found. Their disagreement ends with Cash admitting that he needs hope to cope, even if Eden prefers a more practical approach.

Remi has been hiding his own fear about Eden by focusing heavily on Sonny. Justin helps expose what is happening, while Sonny eventually persuades Remi to talk and allows him some much-needed emotional relief.

Abigail tells Levi that she is withholding news about Richie from Eden. She and Richie later agree that Eden and Cash do not need to know about their relationship yet, although hiding it from Lacey proves impossible. Lacey objects strongly, but Richie declares his love and Abigail ultimately decides to give him another chance.

David initially downplays the impact of seeing Richie again. Amelia pushes him to consider what might happen if another encounter causes a panic attack, leading David to arrange a meeting and establish boundaries with Richie rather than continue avoiding him.

Levi is keeping difficult news from Eden too after he and Mackenzie decide not to continue IVF. He asks Abigail not to tell her because he does not want to add another burden while Eden is already ill.

Amelia has secrets of her own after learning that Levi intends to return to the emergency department. She quietly searches for other local jobs and initially tells David she was simply doing work, before eventually admitting to Levi that she does not want to give his role back. She confirms her relationship with David is the reason she wants to stay.

Zane is brutally honest with Marilyn, telling her he does not know who he is outside prison and insisting she did not fail him. Marilyn later learns he has received eight months for breaching parole and 17 months for assaulting a police officer, plus the remainder of his original sentence.

Mackenzie confides in Tane about ending IVF, while also challenging his continued avoidance of Sonny. Leah creates another surprise when she offers Richie her spare room, leaving Justin shocked after the pair had returned home hoping simply to enjoy their romantic bubble.
