Hollyoaks spoilers 12–14 October Dee Dee takes a huge risk

Dee Dee’s secret relationship with Abigail becomes harder to hide in Hollyoaks next week as their plans for a first date lead her to steal from Tony.

Abigail has reassured Tony that she will give Dee Dee extra tuition to help get her grades back up. Away from Tony, however, the pair use the session to arrange a trip to Manchester to see a play together that evening.

Their plans soon hit a problem. Abigail fears Dee Dee is not being careful enough and does not want to take the risk of picking her up, while Dee Dee cannot afford to make the journey alone. Determined to go ahead with the date, she steals money from her dad.

Dee Dee’s behaviour later causes more concern when her family fear she may have relapsed. She starts asking Sienna how she knew she was attracted to women, before Ant discovers Dee Dee has been drinking and turns aggressive.

Dee Dee lashes out in return and the family are left in turmoil. She later lies to Tony, while also realising Kathleen-Angel appears to be keeping something from her.

Kathleen-Angel has noticed Dee Dee is hiding something too, but she has a major secret of her own. She blows off her plans with Ant after secretly arranging an appointment at a clinic with plans to terminate her pregnancy.

Theresa then makes a deeply personal revelation to Kathleen-Angel, telling her she has discovered that she is infertile.

Family questions are also on Maddox’s mind. He tells Dee Dee that he has ordered a DNA test because he wants to find his relatives.

Across the village, Leah refuses to accept that Lucas is guilty and remains adamant that he is innocent. Despite being injured, she flees hospital and is confronted by content creators looking for information about her family.

Misbah later finds Leah in The Dog still publicly defending Lucas. A food vlogger’s social media post then gives Leah the breakthrough she needs by revealing Lucas is hiding in Chester.

Leah begs Leela not to involve the police and wants the chance to find Lucas herself, but Imran spots him first at a food van. Instead of telling Leah, Imran keeps the discovery quiet, before a chase breaks out between him and Lucas. Jenson later encourages Leah to take it easy on Imran.

Dodger meanwhile tries to steer Donny in a different direction, encouraging him not to run away from his problems.

Gemma has a problem of her own and turns to Warren for help, threatening to tell Mercedes that they slept together. It also happens to be Mercedes’ birthday, but the day gets off to a rocky start.
