Hollyoaks Mercedes puts Cleo anger aside to help Sienna
Mercedes puts aside her anger over Cleo to help Sienna see Sebastian in Hollyoaks, agreeing to the emotional visit despite Warren's continuing ban on access.
Mercedes makes a compassionate decision in upcoming Hollyoaks scenes when she agrees to let Sienna see Sebastian. Although she remains upset about Sienna’s treatment of Cleo, an appeal from one mother to another persuades her to help.
Sienna has been unable to see the twins because Warren is still refusing her access. Even Sebastian’s recent brush with death has not changed his position, leaving her desperate to spend time with her son.
She turns to Mercedes and begs her to allow a visit. Given the tension over Cleo, Sienna is asking for help from someone who has her own reasons to be reluctant.
Mercedes eventually relents, allowing mother and son to reunite. Her decision comes despite both her feelings towards Sienna and Warren’s insistence that she should not have access.
There is no need for the women to settle every disagreement before Mercedes recognises Sienna’s distress. In this moment, she is willing to help her see Sebastian even though the hurt surrounding Cleo remains.
For Sienna, the plea brings the result she has been hoping for. Mercedes agrees to the visit, giving her the chance to be with her son after his frightening health ordeal.
