Hollyoaks Abigail issues disturbing warning about Maddox

Abigail raises concerns about Maddox's wellbeing at Hollyoaks High after Dee Dee challenges her advice, drawing his family into a tense parents' evening.

Parents’ evening takes an uncomfortable turn in upcoming Hollyoaks scenes when Abigail tells Maddox’s family that they should be concerned about his wellbeing. Her warning follows an earlier attempt to persuade him to keep his distance from Dee Dee.

Maddox has already told his girlfriend about that conversation, leaving Dee Dee angry at Abigail’s involvement. She confronts her teacher over the advice, refusing to let the interference pass without challenging it.

Abigail then brings Maddox’s family into the situation. At Hollyoaks High, she raises the alarm about him, turning her attention from a private conversation with the teenager to the people closest to him.

The school setting gives her the opportunity to present those concerns in her role as a teacher. Yet the warning comes after her advice about Dee Dee has already caused friction between her and her pupil.

Maddox’s family are not the only people Abigail approaches during the evening. She also encourages Tony to let her give Dee Dee extra tuition, making a separate case for more involvement in his daughter’s life.

Both conversations follow Dee Dee’s confrontation, with Abigail continuing to act despite being challenged. Maddox has told his girlfriend what happened, and his family are now hearing Abigail’s concerns for themselves.

Hollyoaks is now available to stream from 7am Monday to Wednesday on Channel 4 or watch live on E4 at 7pm.
