This weeks EastEnders left Priya Nandra Hart’s secret affair with Max Branning on the brink of being exposed after Jean Slater unexpectedly caught the pair together.
Believing they had the flat to themselves, Max and Priya secretly met while Cindy Beale was away. However, Cindy had asked Jean to clean the property, leading to an awkward encounter when Priya emerged from the bedroom.
The moment left both women stunned, with Jean quickly realising exactly what she had walked in on. Although she left without saying anything, Priya now knows someone else is carrying the secret.
That leaves Priya with a difficult choice. She can hope Jean keeps quiet, or she can finally tell Cindy the truth herself before someone else does.
With Max engaged to Cindy, the affair has already placed several relationships at risk. Now that another resident knows what’s been happening, keeping the secret looks harder than ever.
