Deadloch scores four Logie nominations as Kate Box and Madeleine Sami go head to head
Deadloch has secured four nominations at the 2026 TV Week Logie Awards, giving the acclaimed Australian comedy plenty to celebrate. The Prime Video series is nominated for Best Scripted Comedy Program, while Kate Box, Madeleine Sami and Steve Bisley have all received individual acting nominations.
Kate and Madeleine are both nominated for the Silver Logie for Best Actress in a Comedy for their performances in the series. The co stars will compete against Asher Keddie for Strife, Celia Pacquola for Dog Park, Denise Scott for Mother and Son and Michelle Brasier for Ghosts Australia.
Steve Bisley completes Deadloch’s four nominations with a place on the shortlist for the Silver Logie for Best Actor in a Comedy. He is up against Ben Miller and Michael Theo from Austin, George Zhao from Ghosts Australia, Leon Ford from Dog Park and Matt Day from Strife.
It gives Deadloch four individual nominations across three award categories, with two of those coming in the Best Actress in a Comedy category. The strong showing also contributes to an impressive year for Prime Video, which has received 11 Logie nominations across Deadloch, The Narrow Road to the Deep North and Top End Bub.
The recognition comes after Deadloch returned for its second season earlier in 2026, reuniting Kate and Madeleine as Dulcie Collins and Eddie Redcliffe. The second season takes the detectives to the Northern Territory, with the pair initially investigating the death of Eddie’s former policing partner Bushy before becoming involved in another case.
For UK viewers who have yet to discover the series, Deadloch is available on Prime Video. With four Logie nominations for its second season, the show will now be one of the Australian productions to watch when the awards are handed out.
